Designed Agntcy: Agent Directory; a platform enabling organizations to publish, discover, and integrate AI agents across distributed environments, laying groundwork for an emerging ‘Internet of Agents.’

Problem

As AI agents become more modular and distributed, there is no standardized way to:

  • discover relevant agents
  • evaluate their capabilities
  • manage versions and interoperability
  • integrate them across systems

My Role

  • Led UX/UI design for the Agent Directory and creation workflows
  • Defined interaction models for how users discover, evaluate, and deploy agents
  • Designed system structures for representing agents, capabilities, and relationships

Key Contributions

1. Agent Discovery & Marketplace

  • Designed searchable directory with filtering based on skills, capabilities, and use cases
  • Defined how agents are represented visually and conceptually
  • Created product-detail pages for evaluating agents before integration

2. Agent Representation System

  • Developed a structured model for defining: skills, capabilities & extensions (LLMs, A2A cards, MCP servers)
  • Enabled users to understand why to choose one agent over another

3. Versioning & Lifecycle Management

  • Designed version control flows for agents
  • Enabled tracking, updating, and managing different iterations

4. Agent Creation (Composer Tool)

  • Designed a modular creation interface that is template-based or manual creation then provides dynamic forms based on selected extensions
  • Supported flexible workflows for building and publishing agents

5. System Integration Workflows

  • Designed flows for: publishing agents to directories, importing/exporting agents, and CLI-based interactions

Impact

  • Enabled early-stage infrastructure for scalable AI agent ecosystems
  • Supported internal exploration of agent interoperability and distribution models
  • Contributed to shaping product direction in an emerging AI domain
